Description
Rosa ‘Starina’ – This miniature rose grows 12-15″ tall and wide. It produces, glossy, dark green leaves. From spring to frost it bears high centered, fully double, vermilion-red flowers, that are 1 ½” across. Makes excellent cut flowers. Has good disease resistance but sometimes bothered by mites.
