Description
Acer laxiflorum –Acer pectinatum laxiflorum – Native to Northern China this tree grows 30’ feet tall and wide in a rounded habit. It is a deciduous tree with arching branches with green and white streaked bark. Bearing simple oval leathery glossy mid-green leaves up to 3 inches long on red leaf stalks. Leaves turn orange in autumn. Bears slender pendulous brownish green flowers.
